The Ø16mm blue polypropylene (PP) test tube stopper from Astiks is a reusable PP test tube stopper for sealing and colour coding 16mm glass test tubes. This blue polypropylene test tube stopper enables you to distinguish sample groups, methods or departments clearly in shared racks.
Polypropylene offers good chemical resistance and mechanical strength, so the stopper is suitable for repeated daily use in teaching, QC and research labs. It is autoclavable at 121 °C, allowing you to sterilise the stopper together with glass test tubes between runs. The push-fit design provides a reliable seal whilst remaining easy to handle with gloved hands. Supplied individually, it is ideal for building mixed colour sets or replacing single blue stoppers as needed.
