Labbox 150mm Basic Glass Desiccator
The 150mm glass desiccator from the basic line is a compact laboratory desiccator made from neutral borosilicate glass LBG N, supplied complete with a porcelain plate. This small glass desiccator is intended for drying and storing moisture-sensitive samples whilst maintaining clear visibility of the contents.
The neutral glass LBG N provides high chemical resistance and good mechanical strength, making this 150mm desiccator suitable for routine work in teaching and research laboratories. Its smaller internal volume (around 1.5L) is ideal where bench space is limited or where you handle small crucibles, filters or sample batches. The porcelain plate supports your samples above the desiccant, helping to maintain a stable dry atmosphere in the base compartment. This Basic Line design is intended for use at room temperature and is not designed for direct heating of the glass.
